This natural scenic stones is shaped like the ancient folding chair of a mountain king, and it is said that Meng Zhu, the progenitor of Koguryo, once sat on this stone chair for many times to rest. Not far above it, there are two scenic stones engraved with the characters "dragon" and "phoenix", which symbolize the auspiciousness of the dragon and the phoenix, the prosperity of the country and the peace of the people.
